Getting married in sunny Malta, Melissa and Cathal held a reception for their closest friends and family on their return at the stunning Beach House in Buncrana.
I was delighted to be asked to capture this occasion and I had such a great time meeting everyone. Melissa and Cathal are really laid back and up for a laugh, so we had a lot of fun shooting some images before guests arrived. I love shooting on the beach there and beside the boats on the pier, it’s such a great location!
It was clear to me the love that Melissa and Cathal have for one another and I think this comes across in buckets in the photos. I had some time to shoot with the rest of the wedding party, before they settled down for a wonderful meal and the heartfelt speeches. We stole ten minutes for some outside shots as the sun went down and then the couple hit the dance floor and it wasn’t long before their guests joined in.
