After appearing in a play in Leeds one night, Paul went for a post show drink with a friend to a pub called ‘Carpe Diem,’ and this seemed all too apt as it was where he ‘seized the day’ and met…  So yesterday’s course was one of the best I’ve attended, I learnt soooo much and and psyched to try out the techniques I learnt. Facilitating the course was the inspirational Rick Friedman (website). This guy is awesome.
